Best foods that makes your tastebuds happy @ madurai - kothu biriyani

Riyas Kothu biriyani :



Riyas Mahal hotel, located elegantly nearby Madurai KK Nagar Arch where you can get this dish named "kothu biriyani". You may had biriyani of different types. But you might not heard about this dish before. Yeah! I am going to write about how I know about this dish and my experience there in that hotel.

One of the best dish I have ever had, Affordable cost with the best taste and best customer service by the way  not in professional way like wearing suits talking pages after pages like a robot. but they will treat you like friends, I personally think that its the main reason why most of the youngsters come to riyas mahal.

You know I don't even know about kotthu biriyani, I just went to eat some barotta, suddenly the main guy in the business stepped forward and ask me what you like to have sir?, you can ask me how can you identify that man is the owner of that shop!!, Ha hai saw some chaos over there don't panic!, just usual labour problem, and that owner said that ok if that guy wants to leave give them a leave and get lost I will take care of my customer. This is what the scene I have been seeing  there. And I just start a conversation with that man, And I said can you please tell me something different because all hotels have same dishes like idly Pongal vada parota etc,

I don't what that kind of food please offer me something different and suddenly he asks me do you like to eat kothu biriyani, I said no, just give a try, he said.

And I have given that order then he went to the chef and explain something and he gives some sign that please wait for a while.

I and my friend waited for some moment.....!!!!!!

And after a few mins that kothu biriyani had reached my table, the first impression is the smell, We thought it would cost high and it's not affordable for us. We started to eat kothu biriyani, So we forget about the cost and we concentrated only on eating.

You wont believe guys the taste and presentation was next level when you compare with the high-fi hotel. I didn't taste such a good dish before and enjoyed this much until I eat the last spoon of kotthu biryani. My tummy was so happy.

You know guys! They asked me to eat kotthu biryani this way. First you have to take some amount of kothu biryani and leave some little space for half boil( VADIYAL or egg masala whatever it is) put on that small amount of biryani, put some special gravy on it and close your eyes then start chewing it, after we finished eating we asked for a bill, A another shock, you know its just 90Rs. We thought it may cost nearly 200Rs.
